I had a pleasant stay, enjoying a spacious family suite with ample amenities. The fruit basket was a thoughtful touch! Proximity to Masjid Nabawi made daily prayers easy. A tip , expect late housekeeping knocks but just ask them for a more convenient time.

The breakfast buffet offered a superb variety, showcasing both local and international cuisines, including delicious Italian products. the check-in process was uncomfortably long, and the housekeeping service consistently knocked at late hours, disrupting our rest. the room's air conditioning didn't maintain a stable temperature, making it challenging to get comfortable at night.

Had a fun stay overall! Super close to Masjid Nabawi, only a 5-min walk. The staff were amazing too, especially the restaurant crew. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, I was spoiled for choice! Just wish housekeeping didn't knock at weird hours, like right when we were about to sleep.

This place suits me perfectly, providing 24-hour security, laundry, wi-fi, and a restaurant. On my first stay, the staff provided great currency tips. Their attentive service. I plan to come back for a city break!

I found myself stuck in a bathroom with a faulty toilet flush, which was both frustrating and unsanitary. The housekeeping service didn't meet expectations, with delays in providing essentials like towels that took hours. Navigating the hotel's parking was a hassle, as I struggled to find street parking, and the valet service didn’t seem to have the staffing to assist. The buffet selection was decent but had room for improvement in both quality and variety. it didn’t live up to the potential for a great dining experience.

The amenities provided were fantastic! I had never encountered such a generous selection in my previous stays. The location right near the female group was also convenient for my plans. The city view from my room was a lovely touch, enhancing my mornings as I enjoyed my coffee.
